When you consider the costs involved in hiring an employee based in your office versus the fact that you only pay a Virtual Assistant for her time and nothing else, this makes the costs of outsourcing your administration to a Virtual Assistant a complete no-brainer.

It really depends on what kind of Virtual Assistant you hire. Sadly there are plenty of Virtual Assistant companies out there who do not always have their clients best interests at heart or a very professional client process. Depending on who you hire will determine the kind of experience you have. I personally try to make absolutely every step simple and professional, to make my clients lives easier in every way.

I have listed all the services and tasks that I am comfortable and experienced to offer to clients. If you require something else done, it would be advisable for us to have a chat about it, to see if it is something I feel happy to action for you.

Unlike the freelancer set up, I encourage and promote long-term working. Initially it does take a bit of time to get acquainted with one another’s business practices, but soon thereafter I will always check in with my clients to see if they would like to continue working together for the foreseeable future. I am here to support you for the long haul.

Please note that I do not offer a free trial for my services. My clients are however able to select my lowest package for as long as necessary to evaluate my work and services and then can choose to remain on that package or upgrade as needed.
